Key Changes
Training Services NSW:
- Survey Form changes as a result of UAT feedback (items #33, 54, 57, 58, 59)
- RTO Portal - ability for 'Ineligible' RTOs to access a PDF of their submission
Skills Canberra:
- Amendments to Skilled Capital form and Contracts

Actioned - Training Services NSW:
RTO Portal
- Application PDF for 'Ineligible' RTOs - bug identified when RTO User is 'Ineligible' and not able to access the Download PDF function
- RTO User - the 'Download PDF' option is available on the RTO Dashboard in the Funding Application Event when in the 'Ineligible'
Survey Form - Section C Application
- Bug identified when RTO User select a Qualification combination containing 1 Program and 1 Region - Survey Form was not saving the Qualification selection
- As an RTO User - When selecting Qualification combinations, these save as expected in the Survey Form
UAT Feedback Items addressed:
- Item #33 - Market Diversity Regions - Options should appear (or text should indicate click to view)
- As an RTO User - this panel has been expanded for options to be visible
- Item #54 - RTO Profile - Q1.1 remove the sub question as this is captured in Eligibility
- This has been removed
- Item #57 - Market Diversity Qualifications EAT - Q7.1 first time you select the drop down and qualification, it doesn't stay selected. After a short time then repeat the action and it is captured.
- This has been resolved - the panels will expand by default
- Item #58 - EFQ & EAT - Q7.1 already selected qualifications do not appear for Programs as its collapsed
- This has been resolved
- Item #59 - Qualification Details - remove mandatory requirements on Q7.4 and 7.10
- This has been completed
Actioned - Skills Canberra:
Skilled Capital
- Application Form - hide/remove the 'Subcontracted RTO (if applicable)' question on the Enrolment page
- As an RTO/STA User - when completing the Enrol New Skilled Capital Student form, the 'Subcontracted RTO (if applicable) field is not visible
- Due to Complete (DTC) - amend the existing DTC date for Skilled Capital contracts
- As an RTO/STA User - when enrolling a new Skilled Capital student, the DTC date is automatically set to a future date (current date + full time nominal duration)
