Improved
Funding Application
- Improved add/remove Participants functionality on an Event
- As an STA User, I can bulk add/remove Participants from an Event and the Event Log will document this action.
Improved / Fixed - Training Services NSW
Funding Application
- Multi-Stage Applications - ability to manually revert an Application Status back to a 'Submitted' Status of a previous Stage (UAT Feedback Item 34)
- As an STA User, I can revert a Funding Application from a 'Ready' status back to a 'Submitted' status of the previous stage.
- Add question to Section C - Q1.2 (UAT Feedback Item 105)
- As an STA and/or RTO User, I can see the related Question within the Survey Form
- Finalise / Finalise All functionality on Applications in an Event (UAT Feedback Item 106)
- As an STA User, when selecting the 'Finalise All' button - any multi-stage Applications that are In Progress and not been previously 'Submitted' - the Application Status for that Stage will be marked as 'Incomplete' .
- As an STA User, when selecting the 'Finalise All' button - any multi-stage Applications that are In Progress and have been previously 'Submitted' - the Application Status for that Stage will be marked as 'Submitted' and revert back to the last submission for that Stage. As an RTO, the PDF and the 'View' screens will display the last submission.
Funding Assessment
- Export for Due Diligence 3 (UAT Feedback Item 20)
- As an STA User, when exporting the DD3 responses, all relevant questions are exported (Q1.1, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 3.2).
- Funding Application Overview contains additional columns (UAT Feedback Item 30)
- As an STA User, when viewing the Overview screen, columns for Due Diligence Outcome, Final Assessment Outcome and FVA Outcome are visible and populated with data outcomes where applicable.
Financial Cap Review (Contract Variation)
- Add additional question for RTO where there is a value in the 'Recommended Cap Reduction' field (Item BL-64)
- As an RTO User, if there is a value in the 'Recommended Cap Reduction' field, an additional question will display for RTO to complete (Do you agree.....)
- Add additional question for RTO where there is a value in the 'Recommended Cap Reduction' field (Item BL-55)
- As an RTO User, if there is a value in the 'Recommended Cap Reduction' field, an additional question will display for RTO to complete (Do you agree.....)
